In certain cases, the costs of legal representation may be covered by state-funded legal aid. We advise clients and submit applications for legal aid when applicable. Eligibility depends on the applicant’s financial situation and the type of case. The court determines the final fee.

Clients may also have their legal costs covered under legal expenses insurance. This is often included in home insurance policies. In such cases, we liaise with the insurer to determine whether they will cover the lawyer’s fees in full or in part. Usually, insurance policies include a deductible that the client must pay.
